So Many Exciting things happening at GHE!

What a great week! Soon almost all of us will have our first vaccinations and we can see some light at the end of this tunnel. Let's pay it forward by helping whoever we can to navigate the vaccination process.  We are all weary of the masking and the sanitizer and the distancing, but we can power through anything with such a short time until Spring Break (28 days but who's counting). The weather is only going to get nicer, planning for our Outdoor Learning Space is well underway and we have AMAZING TEACHERS AND STAFF! Vertical Planning

In planning for our amazing Outdoor Learning Classroom, teachers from each grade level shared their curriculum standards. This is the beginning of vertical planning. Understanding what our students will be asked to do in the next grade level assures that we prepare them for that work. It gives a sense of where we are going. Not having a sense of the progression of the standard is like embarking on a journey without knowing your destination.  DPI has some documents that highlight the vertical progression of standards. If you are curious, take a look.   We hope to incorporate some of this work in the near future.  Vertical Planning Document from DPI Thank you for your student engagement and connection Mrs. Graner! Thank you to Michael and Kelsey and all those helping out on subcommit...
